The old man is crucified
To no longer serve sin (Romans 6:6)
Buried with Him in baptism (Romans 6:4)
Living no longer therein

Being made free
The servants of righteousness (Romans 6:16)
Yielding all your members
With fruits of holiness (Romans 6:13)

Not under the law,
But under grace, (Romans 6:14)
Serving in newness of spirit (Romans 7:6)
Giving the adversary no place (Eph 4:27)

Romans 6:6
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

Romans 6:4
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

Romans 6:14
For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Romans 6:16
Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.

Romans 6:13
Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.

Romans 6:22
But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Romans 7:6
But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Ephesians 4:27
Neither give place to the devil.

I am seeking for the old paths
Wherein  is the good way (Jeremiah 6:16)
There is a rest offered there
For those who seek today

The rest is found to those
Who abide in His will
They keep his commandments (John 14:15)
They wait (Galatians 5:5) and "be still" (Psalm 4:4)

His power is overwhelming
His mercies, they abound (Eph 2:4)
Peter had to follow Jesus
Where eternal life could be found (John 6:68)

Today, people are seeking
For many things today
They have made their life so busy
They don't have time to pray

This life will be over in A minute
What will you have to show?
Did you win the marathon?
Was your chlorestrol low?

Oh lord, my plea today
Is that people all around
Prepare a habitation (Eph 2:22)
Where Our Lord will want to be found

A place where he consumes our thoughts
Our minds are stayed on him (Hebrews 8:10)
In every word, he is glorified and
Our love we freely give

If I  could give you happiness
Served up nice and on a plate
If I could stop your sadness
And take away the hate

If joy I could shower on you
With love from the heart
I would do it in a minute
To give your soul a start

These things I cannot do for you
It done by only He,
That suffered the shame, endured the cross and died upon the tree

Please seek only him
His love endures evermore
Only he can give you gladness
Your heart will be so sure

He will shower you with blessings
His life for yours he gave
He let the sinners kill him
and put him in the grave

To their surprise, they discovered
Him no longer there
The shame now upon them
His life no longer near

He can be there wih you
Just give him all your self
Knock and he will answer
Take that Bible off it's shelf

If your heavy laden
And stiffled by this world
Follow his example, and rise thou up,
He is the cure

The people living in darkness
Have seen a great light
His government is opposite
From what is visible from sight

You must love your enemies
Just as Christ had shown
You must be free from the bondage
That hold sinners down low

Give to those who ask
Judge not their request
Pray in your closet
Christ's love you must profess

If a man looks upon a woman
And lust is his intent
The spirit of adultery
In his heart he did commit

A woman should consider this
When she gets dressed for the day
Or a stumblingblock she may become,
In her brothers way

Your alms should be in secret,
Keep your gift in your heart
Don't let attention trick you
Or Pride it will start

Don't be angry with another
And come before His throne
Make peace and find forgiveness
Then let your requests be known

Let your light shine
His light did so glow
In a world full of darkness
Our risen Saviour they'll know

Now is the accepted time
Salvation is at hand (II Cor 6:2)
The love of Christ constraineth us; (I1 Cor 5:14)
After the flesh, we know no man (II Cor 5:16)

Therefore must we labour
For acceptance unto Him, (II Cor 5:9)
We can no longer live unto ourselves
But unto Christ which died for all men

II Cor 6:2
(For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again

II Cor 5:14
For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead:

II Cor 5:16
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.

II Cor 5:9
Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him.

II Cor 5:15
And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again.

In thee shall all nations be blessed
God told faithful Abraham
Foreseeing justification of the heathen
Salvation available to all men

The law could not make perfect,
Yea, there was a much better way
Love written upon their hearts
The remnants name to claim!

The fountains overflowing
The land fruitful in everyway,
Lord, I want all these blessing
Your mercies, I'll proclaim

Is 54:10
For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.

Gal 3:8
And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

Come and build Jerusalem
The city and the walls
Bring back the captives
And those who've appeared to fall

Don't worry about the enemy
While you are on the way
The King commanded the work
All you need is to fast and pray

There are stumblingblocks before you
Enemies on everyside
Keep your eyes upon the work at hand
Do not run and hide

The king has returned the vessels
For the service of the Lord
Some are gold and some are silver
Now it's time to hear Gods word

When the time has come, the law is read
And you hear of all your sins
Don't fill yourself with hopelessness
It is time for Gods work to begin

This day is holy to the Lord
Wake up and be wise
The joy of the Lord is your strength
You must repent and get baptized
