Let thy words be few (Ec 5:2)
Refrain thy lips, O ye wise (Proverbs 10:19)
A fool will utter it all (Proverbs 29:11)
Yet the wise will let a matter lie

The tongue is a world of iniquity (James 3:6)
Who can tame this deadly tool? (James 3:8)
Don't let it cause you to sin, (Ecc 5:6)
Lest you be found a fool.

Lord , put Your Words in my mouth,
(Isaiah 51:16, Jeremiah 1:9)
Cover me in the shadow of Your Mighty  Hand, (Isaiah 51:16)
Let my silence be my wisdom, (Job 13:5)
And having done all, help me to stand. (Ephesians 6:13)

The fear of the LORD is a treasure
Wisdom and knowledge, the stability of time (Isaiah 33: 6 )
Zion filled with judgment and righteousness.  (Isaiah 33:5)
O house of Israel, why will ye die? (Ezekiel 33:11)

Hear ye that are far away
And those that are near (Isaiah 33:13)
Acknowledge His mighty ways (Isaiah 33:13)
Have a Godly fear (II Kings 17:39)

According to your ways,
Judgement  will come (Ezekiel 18:30)
Take no pleasure in seeing evil (Isaiah 33:15)
Or hearing of evil that was done

Repent  from your transgressions,
A new heart and spirit you'll receive,(Ezekiel 18:31)
Don't let iniquity be your ruin, (Ezekiel 18:30)
With all your heart in God believe!

Isaiah 33: 6
And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the LORD is his treasure.

But the LORD your God ye shall fear; and he shall deliver you out of the hand of all your enemies.

Ezekiel 33:11
Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

When you're a watchman is on the wall
And the enemy is seen
You must blow the trumpet
So prepared the people will be

If you blow and the people don't listen
What else can you do?
But if you fail to warn them
Their blood will fall on you.

Ezekiel 3:17-19
Son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore hear the word at my mouth, and give them warning from me.

When I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; and thou givest him not warning, nor speakest to warn the wicked from his wicked way, to save his life; the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.

Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

Cast not away your confidence,
Which hath great recompense of reward
That after patiently, doing the will of God
You will find that great pearl !

Knowing that you have a better and an enduring substance
Waiting up above
Holding fast the profession of our faith
Striving to live in love

With a conscience that bears witness
Accusing or excusing your every thought
Showing the work of the law
Is written in your heart

Loving others as yourself
Fulfilling  the royal law
Offering yourself as a living sacrifice
To God,  who is merciful to all!

Heb 10:35
Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward.

For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.

But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

Romans 12:1
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

When the dust returns to the earth
And the spirit to God who gave (Ecc 12:7)
When every work is brought to judgement (Ecc 12:14)
And the ways of man are weighed

What will matter then?
Where did you spend your time?
Was it spent reading vain books?
Or on things more divine?

Much study is a weariness of the flesh (Ecc 12:12)
Some are afraid of that which is high (Ecc 12:5)
They need to secure a successful career
While their Bible slips to the side

Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:
From the wise preacher to his land
Fear God, and keep his commandments:
for this is the whole duty of man. (Ecc 12:13)

Ecc 12:5
Also when they shall be afraid of that which is high, and fears shall be in the way, and the almond tree shall flourish, and the grasshopper shall be a burden, and desire shall fail: because man goeth to his long home, and the mourners go about the streets:

Ecc 12:7
Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.

Ecc 12:12
And further, by these, my son, be admonished: of making many books there is no end; and much study is a weariness of the flesh.

Ecc 12:13
Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.

Ecc 12:14
For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

Would Jesus desire an earthly kingdom
Where He'd sit upon a throne?
Would He want to write legislation
And improve His earthly home ?

What about Jesus' followers?
What example did they set?
They were displeased with James and John
When they desired to sit at His right & left

Jesus told them that the Gentiles
Desired to have authority
"But so shall it not be among you"
A servant you must be!

Mark 10:37-45
They said unto him, Grant unto us that we may sit, one on thy right hand, and the other on thy left hand, in thy glory.

But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?

And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized:

But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared.

And when the ten heard it, they began to be much displeased with James and John.

But Jesus called them to him, and saith unto them, Ye know that they which are accounted to rule over the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and their great ones exercise authority upon them.

But so shall it not be among you: but whosoever will be great among you, shall be your minister:

And whosoever of you will be the chiefest, shall be servant of all.

For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many

Talitha cumi

Talitha cumi
Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.
Jesus told the twelve year old girl
Astonishment filled their eyes

He commanded that no one should tell
And asked for her to be fed
He had brought her back to life
Raised from the dead

He's done it again
He's called us out of the grave
Raised us up together
To sit in a heavenly place!

Our conversation in the past
By the flesh, consumed
The children of wrath
To hell we were doomed

But God, in His great mercy
Quickened us together with Christ
A new tongue we have now
That speaks of a eternal life

Thank God for His unspeakable gift (II Corinthians 9:15)
And his mercy that abounds
Help us to fight, Lord
Until faithful, we are found!

Mark 5:
41. And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.

42. And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.

43.And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.

Eph 2:3
Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

Eph 2:4
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

Eph 2:5
Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

II Corinthians 9:15
Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.

I Timothy 6:12
Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.

Matthew 25:21
His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
