Not a private interpretation
Nor the will of a man
But the mighty voice of God
Written  by holy men

For instruction in righteousness
Doctrine, reproof and correction
Designed to penetrate to the soul
And create a man of perfection (II Tim 3:17)

Quick and powerful are His Words,
Trying your reins and heart, (Psalms 26:2)
Discerning thoughts and intentions, (Hebrews 4:12)
Purging your inward parts

 Psalms 26:2
Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.

Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

II Timothy 4:2
Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

Luke 4:32
And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.

Proverbs 15:32
He that refuseth instruction despiseth his own soul: but he that heareth reproof getteth understanding.

II Timothy 3:16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

II Tim 3:17
That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

II Peter 1:20
Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

II Peter 1:21
For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
