They have moved the old landmarks, (Proverbs 23:10)
The gates are wasted from the fire, (Nehemiah 1:3)
Theres no protection for the children,
Parents' feet stuck fast  in the mire

Flesh has become their arm, (Jeremiah 17:5)
Instead of seeking God for His will, (Romans 12:2)
They have lost their identity, (Genesis 1:27)
They were just too busy to wait and be still (Psalms 27:14)

The story repeats o'er and o'er,
The outcome just the same,
We need to be repairers of the breach, (Isaiah 58:12)
Glorifying His Holy Name!

The prince and power of the air, (Ephesians 2:2)
Cries out to satisfy,
All of your fleshly needs (I Peter 2:11)
All that you desire.

Seek those things that are real, (Matthew 6:20)
Things that never change,
Love, mercy, long suffering and truth
Through the sunshine and the rain.

Proverbs 23:10
Remove not the old landmark; and enter not into the fields of the fatherless:

Nehemiah 1:3
And they said unto me, The remnant that are left of the captivity there in the province are in great affliction and reproach: the wall of Jerusalem also is broken down, and the gates thereof are burned with fire.

Jeremiah 17:5
Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.

Romans 12:2
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

Psalms 27:14
Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

Ephesians 2:2
Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

I Peter 2:11
Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

Matthew 6:20
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

Isaiah 58:12
And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
