Their strength is to sit still (Isaiah 30:7)
But they will not,
Anxious for their outcome
They will break like a pot (Is 30:14)

"Get you out of the way,"they say
"turn aside out of the path,"
The Holy One is no longer with us (Isaiah 30:11)
We must help ourselves fast!

Keep us in your perfect peace
Keep our minds stayed on thee (Isaiah 26:3)
Give us patience to wait
Shower us with your mercy

As the servant looks to the his master
And as a maiden to her mistress' will
Help our eyes to wait upon The Lord
(Psalms 123:2)
Give us strength to sit still!

Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Psalms 123:2
Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

Isaiah 26:3
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Isaiah 30:11
Get you out of the way, turn aside out of the path, cause the Holy One of Israel to cease from before us

Isaiah 30:12
Which say to the seers, See not; and to the prophets, Prophesy not unto us right things, speak unto us smooth things, prophesy deceits:
