Tells those without a sword
To buy one for the end
Lord, we have two
He responds " it is enough "
Does Jesus plan an ending
An battle that gets rough?
The time has come of the betrayal
His enemies are there
Peter pulls out his sword
And cuts off someone's ear
Does Jesus take the other sword
To help and to fight
No! He heals the ear
And brings peace and shines his light
We must love our enemies
Pray for those who do us wrong
It is easy to fight with weapons
But to be peaceful you must be strong

Wow! That is a wait and I'm sure well worth it. A waiting time increases the value of a child. Think of Abraham waiting for Isaac, Hannah waiting on Samuel, Zacharias and Elisabeth's LONG wait for John the Baptist. May the Lord bless us to appreciate these blessings!
