Is how you have to be
To those in bonds
Until they are set free
Back then bonds were
Probably fetters and chains
Today's bond is different
SIN is it's name
The sin that has so easily
Beset them, It seems
Just a few years ago
It could've easily been me
Tangled up in the cares
And the stuff in this life
Part of the rat race
Living with strife
But not now, I'm free
What a wonderful thing
Lord, help me have mercy
On others around me.
