Idols made in days of old
Carved and formed by the
hand
Today created in the mind
A focus on things
of man
What will I do tomorrow?
or
I have to have that thing!
Spending time
thinking lustily
To see what this world may
bring
But it shouldn't be that
way!
Every thought should be on Him
Seeking out
a way to rest in God and
Fully trust whatever he
sends
Take no thought for
tomorrow
The morrow shall take thought for the things of itself
(Matt 6:34)
Put all your strength towards serving
God
And keep your Bible off the shelf!
